Schedule an Appointment
Dr. White is accepting new patients, with or without referral. Please call (325) 677-5201 to schedule a new patient appointment. Prior to your first visit to our office, you will receive a medical questionnaire and other forms in the mail. These forms need to be completed before you arrive for your scheduled appointment. New patients are also being welcomed for any blood work needs.
Timeliness is important to help us better serve you and focus on your healthcare needs. In order to serve all of our patients, our daily schedule is set in advance. If you are late to your scheduled appointment, or if your paperwork is not complete and ready for processing, our office may have to reschedule your visit for a later time.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your appointments, please notify our office 48 hours prior to your scheduled visit. This will allow us enough time to reschedule your visit for a later time. A $50 cancellation fee may be applied to any missed appointments with a 48-hour notification.
In case of inclement weather, please contact our answer service at (877) 839-9184 to learn if our office is closed and for additional instructions on rescheduling. Typically, our office follows the guidelines of the Abilene Public School System.
