Laboratory Reports
All lab results will be mailed to you. Please allow up to 10 days for your results to arrive. Only lab results requiring immediate attention will be communicated over the phone.
Prescriptions
Because of the complexity of our patient's medical issues, prescription refills are only handled during office hours at the time of your appointment. For your safety, no prescriptions are filled by phone, after hours or on weekends, except in the case of emergencies.
Be sure to bring all prescribed medications that will require refill authorization to your scheduled appointment. If you forget to bring these medications, a separate appointment will be scheduled to complete your refills.
If your prescription requires a refill after hours, and it is an essential medication such as insulin, there may be a $100 charge to authorize the refill outside an office visit.
