Payments and Insurance Information

Endocrinology Associates belongs to several insurance networks. Before your appointment, please contact your health insurance provider to determine if prior authorization is required to cover our services. Also, please be sure to present any required referral documentation at the time of your visit.

As part of our services, we will file your insurance claims. You are responsible for any outstanding balance beyond the insurance coverage allowance. Deductibles, co-pays and/or co-insurance percentages are due at the time of your appointment. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover as forms of payment.
